Simple CE Patch for Girls' Frontline Sangvis Ferri Weapons

Without relative real weapon counterparts, balancing will probably be off.
Suggestions for better balancing are appreciated.

In general, all weapons should perform comparatively better, than the vanilla ones and even from the Girls' frontline Weapon Pack, since the Sangivs Ferri weapons are added as spacer / charged weapons and are more expensive.

As of now, I used the existing ammunition from CE.
It might be possible, that I add custom ammo, but dont count on it.

Feel free to use and edit this Patch as you want.
