[TFA] Heavy Laser Rifle

Port of gun from Fallout New Vegas mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/42940?tab=description ) into TFA Base for Garry's Mod.

I kinda liked looks of this gun and decided to port it, also my first try in actually making own animations rather than using/editing existing ones.

-Model and its textures

Chyvachok:
-Animation, compile.
-Making as SWEP on TFA Base

Reload and Shoot sounds from Doom 3 and Fallout: New Vegas

Unknown:
-muzzle, tracer and impact code I used as base, sadly I'm not sure who exactly made them.

This one comes with c_hands since its new animation made on GMod arms, not port from other game as my other SWeps

If you have ideas for improving weapon balance, feel free to suggest.

I updated skin, added ammo counter on screen, and "Sunbeam" attachment, which changes weapon and laser colors to yellow ones, and ingites enemies.
