The nZombies upload of this pretty much.

A overhaul of the Sven Co-op map as a dedicated nZombies map, has all the content already included within the addon, including the textures, models, config and navmesh.

Any and all weapons this uses is in my collection, though if you want you can just replace or delete anything in there you don't want, go ham with it!

I do not own this, only the revamped version of the map, original map author is takedeppo.50cal
