Double Trouble Mutation

Ever hated how there aren't that many infected to gnaw your face off? Killing Tanks ever feel easy? Have too much ammo? Well who cares about any of that since this mutation doubles the amount of common and special infected, while also doubling the health of tanks and witches!

Infected:
-Special Cap increased from 3 -> 6.
-Common Infected increased from 30 -> 60
-Tanks have increased health. (6,000 Easy) (8,000 Normal) (16,000 Advanced/Expert)
-Witches have increased health. 1,000 -> 2,000
-Max Boomer limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Hunter limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Smoker limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Charger limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Jockey limit increased from 1 -> 2.
-Max Spitter limit increased from 1 -> 2.
