MOAR for ACE, fatigue standalone

- to restore your stamina by drinking water or drinks;

- eating MRE only, rations will provide a boost to your stamina restoration for a given amount of time (there is a cooldown you can define too);

- a resting action that will provide full health restore (a PAK) if completed (timing and cooldown can be defined in options).

Each module can be activated independently to fit your needs.

Does the use of ACE Field Ration at the same time makes sense? Can't say. Planning to merge this one with it anyway someday.
