Become A Vassal

Adds a decision that lets you become the subject of a more powerful neighbour.

For Imperator 2.0.*.
Should be compatible with everything.

The decision becomes available if at least one potential overlord exists:

• It must be at least 5 times larger than you
  
• It must have at least -10 opinion towards you
  
• It must verify at least one of these conditions:
  · It shares a common border with you
  · It Has any province in your capital region
  · It has an alliance with you
  · It's guaranteeing you
  · Its ruler is friends with yours
  
• Additionally, you must not be in a Defensive League

Upon taking the decision, you can choose between up to 5 countries that fit those criteria.

The target country will ask for a price that depends on your relations, relative size and other factors. If you accept, you become a subject. The subject type (feudatory, client, satrapy, ...) depends on the situation.
