For The Win(ona)

I was tired of Winona having 20 different tweaks in the workshop, all with their own unique gimmicks, bugs and questionable balance so I decided to take it upon myself to compile the best ideas from the community and bring them together in a proper rework/refresh

Winona has fallen behind as the handywoman of the bunch and the new skill tree focused more on her buildings than the character, so I've aimed to give her Perks that make her gameplay more defining and unique from the rest of the survivors.

Having a Winona on your team should now feel like a significant upgrade in resourcefulness, now there's considerable upside to gearing up your friends, which also establishes a strong identity of a blacksmith/masterworker.

I did not change base stats nor perks, I've only made additions.

New Perk
- Nearly all hand actions are 100% faster
Portability
- Unlocks recipes for the Wrench
- Carries statues at half-speed
Rapid-Fire I/II/III
- While above 100 Hunger, work performed is 15/30/50% more efficient.
Explosive Volley I/II/III
- Improves Tape repair values by 25/50/100%
Greater Generator I/II/III
- Items you craft have 12/25/50% increased durability.
Any Top-Shelf Skill
- Unlocks recipe for the Multi-Tool
Shadow Seeker II
- Gives Winona Shadow Alignment
Finder's Keepers II
- Gives Winona Lunar Alignment

Details:

- When Winona crafts anything with durability, the item gains a 50% bonus to max durability
(this bonus never goes away)
- Trusty Tape can repair almost everything that isn't magic/shadow/lunar and above (configurable, supports mods, repairs 210 armor hp or 100 tool uses)
- 2 new tools to pair with her Tape's abilities: Wrench and Multi-Tool
- Wrench: works as a spear and a hammer
- Multi-Tool: works as a t-spike / hammer / axe / pickaxe / shovel
- Both tools can be used on buildings to dismantle them instantly
- She can chop, mine and hammer more efficitently while above 100 hunger (150%)
- She can do most hand actions faster (plant, harvest, interact, etc)
- Both of these bonuses go away while starving (below 50 hunger)
- While above 100 hunger, crafting for the first time in a while also grants 5 sanity
- Her held item won't slip from wetness nor Goose/Bearger attacks
- Carries heavy items at half-speed, winona farms rejoice
- She loses a smidge of sanity if she stays too close to fire, a little PTSD from her story
- Everything is configurable
