Not sure if I solved as intended. but I bounced up onto the top edge of the glass and walked along the top of the glass to get the portal under the first dropper.

I see by your earlier comments that there was another way to do it, but I also could not get a portal onto that surface.

I will replay the chamber again to see if it is possible to do it the intended way.

Addendum: Yup! it is much easier to complete the final puzzle as intended.
