Spawn troops to ferry around. Intended to be used with Helicopters, but works with NATO vehicles and some boats as well.

Works by taking a vehicle into one of the "Random Spawn" areas or by using the radio menu while in a vehicle. Troops will wait in the "Pick Up" area until the player arrives in the "Loading Zone". Determines how many troops and what type to spawn based on vehicle. Only supports NATO transport vehicles (eg. Prowler, Hunter, Huron, Hummingbird, Blackfish, HEMTT, and Assault Boat).
