Overseer & Inspector Color Customization

描述
Adds the option to customize all Overseer and Inspector colors' via their IDs, using the Remix config.

A few things to know:
- This mod messes up Arena Overseer colors.
- You have to know other mod Overseer/Inspector IDs to change modded Overseer colors.
- Five Pebbles' Overseers use no ID, as far as I can tell. They inherit the default Overseer color, which is changeable using OICC.

sorry for the late response but i've only ran into this with inspectors now, the ID for a color on both inspectors and oversers is set to 6 but id.1.6 only works for overseers

Probably happened due to a Rain World update at some point. I'll try and fix it (maybe idk), thanks for letting me know

I have a problem with this mod, This mod completely breaks Inspectors for me, when I spawn them with Beastmaster (mod) they are broken, idk if this is the same for campain Inspectors, any help? :rwlizard:

No, but Inspectors should spawn in random colors in Arena anyway

does this allow spawning certain inspectors in arena by chance? Like what if I wanted to spawn a purple inspector in Iterator rooms, is that possible?
