Heaven or Hell [Mutation]

• Everyone and Everything dies in one hit.
  
• Rescues are possible but everyone will still respawn with 1 health.
  
• Friendly Fire is disabled.
  
• Survivors gets a free defib once they leave the saferoom.
  
• Commons now have the same running speed as the survivors.
  
• Removed Pistols
  Friend told me it wasn't hard enough, so i removed the extra cheese, delegating players to only melee weapons.
  
• Ammo Reserve has been reduced by 75% and Ammo Piles are now removed
  This should now force players to conserve ammo or risk it all on their Melee Weapons.
  Oh! and my friend was getting bored of using the same gun constantly, so this should now force players to constantly switch their primaries.

I also added a hardcore mode called Hell or Hell which should challenge you with the following

• The Survivors should now be the only to die from one hit.
  
• Friendly Fire is enabled.
  
• Pistols are back :D ( Not like its useful here though )
  
• Ammo Reserve is just only halved this time
  "Sorry babe!, The survival horror grindset stays on."
  
• Ammo Piles are returned.
  I have feeling that removing them would just break the intended difficulty in some maps, so i kept it in here.

Nothing much different from the base version except this just reduces ammo reserve by 50% instead of 75%.
