JSRS SOUNDMOD - RHS All in One Mod Support -- UPDATED

Various fixes for JSRS and RHS. All weapons have unique JSRS sounds, and retain all other unique characteristics.

ALSO SUPPORTS RHSDEV. Required items purposely omitted besides JSRS SOUNDMOD, so you can choose between either.

There is also JSRS support for each individual RHS mod, check my other submissions.

All credit goes to LordJarhead for his amazing sound work, I've just fixed up the config.

can you do a "Improved Game Sounds" compat for RHS, CUP and 3cb? "Improved Game Sounds" uses jsrs framework and i tested your compats with improved game sounds and work partially, cup weapons like rpk-74 and mk 48 doesnt have sounds, but most guns built in 556 or 762x51 works perfectly with "Improved Game Sounds"
