Dragon Origin Functionality Patch [latest]

This mod attempts to fix existing bugs and developer oversights related to the "Here Be Dragons" origin.

- Fixes a multiplayer bug in which some players would not be able to complete the dragon contact process, and thus could not gain control of Hrozgar and start breeding dragons.
