Hahaha's handy fix for aya races

描述
打了几个补丁，目前支持：
——给人工种族的衣服染色
——修复帝国与玩家派系的关系
——移除Nearmare、Qualeela、Silkiera的服装、肤色限制
——Qualeela的商队和访客现在（应该）可以正常生成了
——以及一些自说自话的平衡补丁，修改了Nearmare、Qualeela、Silkiera特殊亚种的部分属性
后续会追加更多补丁。
Add some patches to：
——Dye apparels from aya races.
——Make friend with the Empire.
——Remove cloth and skin-color restriction for Nearmare, Qualeela, and Silkiera.
——Fix Qualeela trade caravan sprawning (maybe).
——Rebalance the special subspecies of Nearmare、Qualeela、Silkiera to make them more reasonable for your colony.
Future patches will be added later.

@Grandious Curiosity The aim of this mod is to enable apparel dyeing and Qualeela caravan. The "Rebalance"s were minor.

How exactly did you rebalance them? Did you change something in their stats or abilities? If so, by how much?

@marvinEhre lower than all aya races mentioned in the description. the exact changes can be seen in the source file. It's hard to list them all.
