Cheaper Rocket

In Space Engineers, rocket is a lackluster weapon, but has exorbitant prices.
With this mod, rocket will no longer cost uranium and platinum to make. Instead it will be replaced with cobalt.

The reason is simple:
- Uranium is used in a piercing weapon (artillery shells, railgun sabot). Even though rocket technically can 'pierce' block, it only has 500 damage. So it doesn't pierce most of the block. I'm using assault cannon shell as a reference because it doesn't use uranium.
- Platinum is used in thruster component. Ion thruster cannot fly in atmosphere environment, why rocket could?
- Cobalt is used in metal grid. Only hydrogen thruster can fly in all environment, and it uses metal grid. So, this rocket will uses metal grid too.

I really want this rocket to also use ice or hydrogen to make. Sadly the assembler only receives ingot as an input.
So, cobalt is enough for now.

Note:
This mod only change rocket ingredient. Rocket range, damage, speed, and blast radius will stay the same.
