Functionally speaking, the bunny ears act similar to Batman's auditory sensors, located underneath his cowl. On the battlefield, this can allow our Tactical Bunnies to detect sounds from long ranges or low lighting, such as snipers, subsonic munitions, silent weapons (i.e. spring-loaded dart guns), and sneaking/crawling combatants. As long as its not used within close proximity of an explosion or mighty machinery (i.e. engines, artillery, and drills), this increase situational awareness by twofold.

Also, the leotard, whilst offering little to no protection, follows the female ninja method called Kunoichi. In simple words, the wearer and its attire are so distracting that it makes it difficult for the target(s) to fight (especially against male combatants). Explicitly speaking, its almost impossible to fight when you're trying to keep a particular third leg from getting excited, making it detrimental for both sides - friend and foe cannot concentrate (unless they were female or gay).
