MPX 'Card Cutter' SBR

Well what do you know, there's some stuff in these archives Empty never released it would seem. I'll try and get these out there whenever I bump into them.

This an unreleased variation of Empty's MPX Card Cutter. This version replaces the Silenced SMG on his own animations. I cleaned up the compile script and added 3D scope and a hud image, didn't do much else.
