Yes, there is indeed mod support. There are now over 50 factions. The LRX_Template mod must also be loaded.

The faction area has been moved to this mod, as it is easier to maintain

You can define which buildings you want to use in the building menu
in the classnames_west.sqf file (array buildings_west = [];)
in the faction folder you are using.

f.e.:mod_template\A3_BLU\classnames_west.sqf

Start the ARMA3 Eden-editor. and load the unpacked pbo.
Select menu attribute -> Environment (don't know the correct word, because i have installed a german ARMA):

Z@Warrior , ok im probaly stupid, i have unpacked the .pbo, but now i cant find the .sqm file. Which i guess is the file you can open in the editor to change the time?

No problem. Unpack and changing Starttime of the mission should work.
