Expanded Roster - Chaos Dwarfs (Zharrhammer Submod)

I love Deco's Expanded Rosters and specially Chaos Dwarf ones since he is one of persons that are dragged me into modding

Zharrhammer is Sub-Overhaul for SFO rather being same thing and yes I won't be making SFO only version soo pls Don't ask

everything should be balanced around Zharrhammer and yes it has unit Caps working for Zharrhammer
