Nimble Affects Turning Speed

Now nimble affects not only the walking speed in combat stance, but also the turning speed (in movement and combat stance)! Added 2 traits: “On Your Toes” (positive, +30% turn speed, +1 nimble, +75% bonus to nimble) and “Under the influence” (negative, -60% turn speed, -1 nimble). The weakened version of trait “On Your Toes” can be obtained at level 6 of nimble, the trait “Under the influence” is removed at level 6 of nimble (in this case, the positive perk will not be obtained, the penalty from the trait Under the influence” will also be reduced).

Turn speed at level 10 nimble:

With the trait "Under the influence" 0%
Wthout traits +75%
With the trait "On Toes" +115%

- Update the visual part of the mod
- Consider adding the turning speed in all cases (including running and sprinting)
