Inactive Quests

描述
Expands the Questlog to show inactive quests (that is, all quests in the game including unfinished/inaccessible ones)

Also adds a button to start/finish the selected quest.

Warning: the Start/Finish buttons will almost certianly ruin any normal playthrough you are doing and will cause the game to enter a broken state. I'm not responsible for you breaking your playthrough!

They should be used for just playing around, or for testing specific game states when making mods :)

they're not in the game. it's crossed my mind to look, but it wouldn't be as straightforward as some of the things i've done, and i've just got no time for the foreseeable. maybe one day!

what do you think, would it be possible to make a mod that implements questmarkers, or are they in the game and i did not figure out how to activate them?
