Patch notes: Nerfed dazzle based on user feedback, much too dazzling.

In the immortal words of George Lucas, I may have gone too far in a few places with the first iteration. This version will hopefully be much easier on the eyes while still keeping the naval dazzle camo theme. I'll be leaving both versions up just in case people still enjoy the other one, but based on the feedback I got, I think this version will be much preferred.

Uses Necromanced as a base.

UPDATE: 9-8-2023
Updated the plate metal texture. Thickened the outlines between the plates and added some rust tones for flavor. Updated the pictures to demonstrate the changes, except for the wear showcase, for some reason despite being effectively identical images, the updated one was too large to post. I don't know, man.
