[wOS] LoL YASUO Swep (QWER + EQ + VFX + SFX + ANIMS)

Following the debut of yasuo in legue of legends fighting game, now is the debut of yasuo in Garry's Mod.

FEATURES:
- Q/Steel Tempest (+zoom)
- W/Wind Wall (+reload)
- E/Sweeping Blade (+attack2)
- R/Last Breath (+walk AND +reload)
- Q rising winds mechanic: Hit 2 Q, and the third throws a TORNADO
- EQ mechanic: do Q during E to strike in a circle at the end of the dash
- Custom made VFX for every ability
- SFX straight from legue of legends (i have to type that word misspelt, because otherwise it gets censored D:)
- first person and third person visual feedback
- viewmodel hands/c_hands
- custom HUD
- many settings for cooldowns, HUD position, HUD enable, SWEP damage...

KNOWN ISSUES:
Not compatible with [wOS] Advanced Katana SWEP or [wOS] Standard Sword Art (the addon will notify if you have conflicting addons)
Generates console errors in multiplayer, but nothing too harsh
If you use E/Sweeping Blade while INSIDE an NPC, there is a nonzero probability the game's physics will become unstable (this bug is 100% not on me, it is on Gmod instead; read more here: https://wiki.facepunch.com/gmod/GM:ShouldCollide
