All credits go to Cat Spiros's Emissaries of Diplomacy mod.

The original mod gives +30 diplomatic relations which is a bit too much for my liking, so I've reduced this to 10, which I will consider reducing a bit further, considering you are already getting the huge benefit of earlier relations
