Try unsubbing and subbing again should fix it.

"The server is running mods with an old version. The server owner must update the mods for new players to join."

I am the host, both the server and the client (because I AM THE CLIENT) have the same mods.
Both environments are identical, but i can't join myself / load into any game with this mod enabled
