Anyone have any idea why this isn't working for me? I don't have any other muzzle flash mods and i installed it the way as instructed but it doesnt seem to work still

Hey boys, I found an addon that isnt compatible with the muzzleflashes, BM-21 [Gredwich Emplacement Base] : https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2843645033 . Only for advise if muzzleflashes not work for you, greetings!!
