No Headlight Fines for ets2 versions 1.47+

I got fed up with getting headlight fines when it's still daylight outside.

do not use it with other fine mods as you may get overridden or try putting this at the top of the fine mods you have

dude isn't annoying when u get headlight fines when its day time in the game? yeah its annoying but with this mod u don't get fined (american truck simulator also has this item in their workshop)

You're a lifesaver! These daytime headlight fines made no sense to me and they were becoming a source of major headache. Why, in god's name, do I have to have anymore than DRLs on when the sun is shining at it's peak in the sky? Thank you so much.
