What is a city without creatures like pigeons and rats?

Like other flying NPCs such as seagulls, pelicans and the fanmade bats, pigeons fly away whenever a player approaches it.

You can find them all over the map: between the two tunnels, in the forest, on top of that tower with an editpad, even in a parking lot!
