20-Round Desert Rifle (SCAR) Script + M16 HUD Icon

描述
Same mod as my other SCAR script, except this also further lowers the magazine size to 20 and includes a HUD icon for the M16/AR-15 from Cry of Fear, meant to be used with this mod (Cry Of Fear Stag 15 Retro[scar]): https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1930065373

It changes the SCAR (Combat Rifle, or Desert Rifle) to have 20 rounds instead of 60, while also overhauling the DPS of the weapon to be higher than the regular automatic rifles, with an edge due to the innate burst fire mechanic being a drawback when killing commons..

The stat changes are as follows:
VerticalPunch - 1 to 2
MinDuckingSpread - 0.05 to 0.1
MinStandingSpread - 0.35 to 0.2
MinInAirSpread - 1.25 to 0.7
MaxMovementSpread - 4 to 2
Damage - 44 to 110
clip_size - 60 to 20
CycleTime - 0.07 to 0.0666666666666667 (857 to 900 RPM, closer to about 502 to 527 RPM due to how the burst fire works)

a cycletime of 0.066 keeps the 3 round burst while setting the RPM to about 900ish too

oh my god you're right, i totally overlooked the m16 in CoF has a 20 round mag, i'll fix that, thanks for the heads up
