extracted from the wiki i ve made the icons from dead trigger 2 into l4d2. not all match the weapons of the game. like the shotgun icons are all the same except for the spas and the smgs are off as well but if you want em here ya go

PS: sledge hammer is the shovel

i took them from the gmod snpcs pack. ask the guy that made that mod. he'll give you the answer
