[LSCS] - StarForge Expansion

My own additions to Luna's Sword Combat System (LSCS)

This currently includes the following force powers

Mass Heal - Heal a group, costing more force the larger the group.
(heals 5 hp per tick, costs 5 force per tick per person)

Force Repulse - Charge up a wave of force that pushes people and objects away in all directions.
(theoretically infinite stages of charge, 1 stage per second while charging, costs 20 force per stage, 10 second cool-down)

Force Cloak - Make yourself nearly invisible and NPCs will not target you.
(costs 1 force per tick, 5 second cool-down once it turns off)

I have more additions planned which will be put into this add-on when they're ready.

If you have any recommendations please feel free to send them my way and if they make sense for the add-on I'll do my best to put them in.

This does not contain any content from LSCS and will not work without it.
