Fixed duplicating items using a vehicle

This patch fixes an item duplication exploit possible using vehicles, you could, in the vanilla version, teleport or duplicate an item by moving away from the object thanks to a loophole in the context menu, everything is visible in the video.

This bug has been reported to the developers of Project Zomboid, it seems that it is resolved for the b42, but while waiting for this update (crazy update!), you can use this patch if you are afraid that your players are not fairplay regarding the duplication of items with this technique.
