ACT_SLASH Fix

Like blunt melee weapons, slash melee weapons were originally intended to play melee reaction animations when killed. However due to a typo in anim_common.mdl these never play, Oopsie.

Correcting this typo allows it to function as corrected.

This small change actually makes slash weapons a lot more equal to blunt weapons in terms of balance. No longer can you just rush past horde events with your trusty bread slicer, like gabe intended.
