You know every DarkRP, Build Sandbox, etc. has those little minge-bags, right?
Well...if you don't have some hard-core prop-protection, you need this. Even if you do, your prop protection probably won't catch all the minges. Neither will this, BUT, it will definetely help(They come up with all these litte tricks).
Anyhow, this will notify all admins, superadmins, Owners, and moderators(If you have these groups, not sure what else you wanna add but it's up to you) of any spamming of ANY tool or ANY prop. If a player spawns a certain amount of props in a quicker than usual amount of time and the same prop, admins will be notified of the person that is spamming and what they are.
I'll be honest, the script is not a person and sometimes the person may not be spamming. This took me like 5-10 minutes to cook-up because some DarkRP minges so stick with me. I wanted to release it because of the amount of little kiddies like to go on servers primarily to F ♥♥♥♥ up.
I obviously will be updating as I fix it on my server, so be patient.
Though, it is still pretty useful now.
Problems?
Only little things I should fix is that when someone starts spamming something, it will keep telling the admin each time they spawn the prop or use the tool in that short amount of time or while they are still spamming. (Though, it will encourage admins to go to that person to check. Bright-side to everything, right?)

Future?
I'll add some CONVARS to modify the groups you want notified and what to notify of.
But that isn't a major concern.
If you wanna modify that stuff, I made it easy for you IN the LUA file. You just gotta extract it with Gmad Extractor [www.treesoft.dk]
