You can use the mod "campaign entities" if you want a functional combine smart wall.

Unfortunately, this is just a prop and it is IMPOSSIBLE to make a functional prop from a prop, even if you take into account that I copy duplicates from HL 2, then even if you go to any map with these walls it is impossible to copy them.
