Replaces Francis's Voice with Flandre Scarlet's
(Affects all 1644 voicelines, a majority of it AI generated)

I always disliked how monotone my Shiroko AI voicemod came out, so that's why i came up with a new sampling technique to haphazardly inject naturally acted voice lines into the mod to mitigate some of its monotony,

Though its not a perfect solution, until better tech arrives to the public FOSSphere.
This is the best i can accomplish at the moment.

This mod has nice synergy not only with Flandre skin, but also with skin of Niffty from Hazbin Hotel cause the both have almost indentical voices except language.
