It gives every Chaos Dwarf main settlement the army ability to summon "labourers" depending on the level of the city.

It's the Chaos Dwarf mirror to The Menace Below, as requested. The freed "labourers" have boosted morale and the default use value for the ability is 2. Chaos Dwarfs just have enough of them....

Will this still work on update 6.0 ?
I will favorite it for the mean time to try it out then

I'd like to say I really like the mod, but I'd change a few details to make it more useful:
1) I would make the effect not affect the current province, but the current province + neighborhood, so that it could help with expansion, like skaven does
2) I would replace the squad with at least Hobgoblin Sneaky Gits, since Goblin Laborers are just awful, much worse than what dwarfs and Skarsnik get.

If you think it's worse, I'll make a submod for myself and post it if you allow it and someone is interested
