Weird... I know the current generation, the 5th generation is referred to as the K5. I really want one. But I have the 3rd gen Kia Optima EX 2015.

In Korea, Optima has been selling under the name of k5 since the 3rd generation model. As a bonus, in Korea, this model is called the 2nd generation k5.
