Okay - So it turns out that, for some reason, the Damage flag was missing. I applied the Damage flag and the Dizzy happened each time it landed during testing. It *should* be good now.

Yeah, that was the issue I was having also. I'll see if I can get a better answer from some people who are more experienced with Move Craft than I am, to see if they know why it's inconsistent.

I may be because I originally had it as a Medium Damage move and the Defender isn't weakened enough for it to trigger.

I'll see what I can do about it, but if this is how it's meant to be, then it's the best I can do.

The Dizzy state should work now. It's definitely flagged to apply the Dizzy state.

Hmm. Okay, I'll ask around and try to get it fixed for you this weekend. I probably didn't flag it correctly.

ehh... there is no dizzy thingy... it's just a version where defender doesn't fall down and stuff so far
