SlowMo For Singleplayer

NOTE: If you used the prior version, there has been a small change to the config string.

Press "C" to Enable Slow Motion, the effect will be removed after 6 Seconds.
Pressing "C" again within the 6 seconds will extend the effect 6 more seconds.

Speed is adjustable in Game.ini
<1 = Slow
1.0 = Normal Speed
>1 = Fast

Default Mod Speed = 0.5
Default length of time for slow motion = 6 seconds

Ravenfield slomo is just bullet time on a toggle, I believe that's what the commenter below was asking for. It's a little slower too I think, but you've made that configurable, so good on ya.

@dlachlopcowgry haven't played the game, looked it up though. Seems like it's a stop time type slow mo? I'll see if I can do something like that but if done, it will be a separate mod.
