Niko's Corrected Improved and Fixed Bile Bomb

描述
i hated the bile bomb being so saturated and green to the point it looks like green paint so i fixed it

changes:

corrected bile bomb colour to be the same as the boomer vomit

fixed the vomit saturation so it doesnt look like green paint

added a 3 to the biosafety level which is correct

made the excretion to be extraction to make more sense

It might be the Ceda workers cleanup the dirt so that's why the default texture looks so clear. Just my game theory.
