HUD² (HUD Squared): simplified vertical version

A simplified version of HUD²: vertical version. The weapon/item selection panel has no indicator of what you are currently holding — it is intentional. Also, without the health bars, it is impossible to see whether someone has main health or temporary health, so do not forget to hold "Tab" in that case.

Replaces the local player, teammate, weapon panel and Versus UI.

NOTE:

• If you have survivor skins installed, the game might say that there are conflicts with this HUD, but everything should function as normal (some survivor skins have different named portrait texture files, which causes the survivor portrait to default to the original L4D2 one when incapped. Not much tomaz can do about it).
  
• This HUD is not guaranteed to work properly with a Steam Deck. L4D2 has specific parameters that are applied to certain UI elements when it detects that it is being played on a Steam Deck. Since neither tomaz nor T. Rivers own a Steam Deck, they are unable to check whether it looks okay or not.
  
• This HUD was made in a 1920×1080 resolution and the health bar and portrait does not seem to scale properly at lower resolutions, causing them to look very out of place. tomaz does not know why it does that, but they might be able to fix it.
