Paint Colored Eyes [VTF]

Have you ever had a character with an extremely specific eye color that can only be found in the TF2 paint selection? do all the available eye textures that are closest to that highly specific color look WAY too detailed for a team fortress 2 model? Well, I have officially solved that problem for good in about... 7 HOURS!

seriously, I finished this all in a day and it's my first thang on the steam workshop so excuse the quality and any errors (although I DID check and make sure they all worked beforehand so it may be a you problem at this point).

I am in no way a pro so if you have any questions that are beyond "How the hell do I change eye textures" and "Why is the eyeball a missing texture? :(" then I can't help you.
