Scout Fridges

Adds the A-968M's Garage Parts refrigerator addon to the other scout vehicles, because why not? Now these vehicles can carry two garage points when also using the Scout Trailer (with the exception of the A-969 which can now carry three garage points, albeit with some difficulty), meaning that a pair of properly outfitted scouts can unlock a garage by themselves.

The refrigerator addons occupy the roof slot on the A-469, A-3151, Chevrolet K5 Blazer, and Hummer H1 (in place of their Roof Trunk addons); the truck bed slot on the Chevrolet NAPCO 3100 and Ford F-150 (in place of their Repair Supplies addons); and the unused LuazTrunk slot on the A-969 (not replacing anything).
