Bill for Rochelle Voice Swap

Made this out of need, was surprised that there isn't something like this on the workshop already. I generated it with a script, meaning: some of it is ass. But for the most part, it isn't ass, it serves the purpose of making a Bill looking skin spout Bill sounding noises. Really, it's just padded and trimmed Bill's files for common calls, mixed and matched to fit the length of analogous Ro's calls best. The calls that couldn't be matched are filled with silence.

It just works; there's no screeches and there's no need to rebuild a cache or anything.
