A set of six small Commercial shops commonly found in many high streets throughout the UK.
The set consists a Bank, Barbers , Bookshop, Butchers, Bakers and the ever useful Dry cleaners.

These assets have high tri counts and have been made for high detail so please take this into account when using these in your cities.
These models are uploaded with vanilla props that can be removed (for those who like to detail) by use of the following mod.
