No Madmen & Cultists

mostly in the Ruins, I think. Could just be that I had another mod installed that screwed with their spawns (not the two original ones).

@Brishen Where do they appear? Which region in particular?

I've commonly seen them around where they normally appear, although I must admit they are a lot more rare now. Set-ups with Cultists still have cultists (from my experience) but Madmen do seem more rare.
