Wizards for Kislev

This mod adds a new hero type to Kislev: the College Wizard. They are classified as Runesmiths and have access to the following lores: Death, Beasts, Life, Shadows, Fire, Heavens and Light. They have the starting traits of Battle Wizards (minus the Empire specific ones) and those of the Patriarch. Instead of Sigmar's Ward they have Ursun's Protection and only a Barded Warhorse as a mount option. There are 2 new buildings available to Kislev: the "Wizard's Sanctuary" and "Wizard's Tower" where Wizards can be recruited.

It basically Empire Wizards with a kislevite vibe. If you think it' not lore friendly, your not entirely wrong. Only women are allowed to learn magic in Kislev and male hedge wizards are either killed by the state or stripped of their magical powers. However some nobles send their male children to the Empire to learn Magic.

Some might return to Kislev where their magical aid may be reluctantly accepted as long as they don't challenge the power of the Ice Court. At least that's the way I see it.
