gm_trainstruct_improved (and fixed)

me when a literally broken map gets 4 star rating
this community is just one big bruh moment at this point

Fixed and improved version of gm_trainstruct. Original had a lot of issues, from small texture bugs to something called "leak". No cubemaps, no AI Nodes, worst lighting I ever seen on GMod map, no 3D Skybox (because of leak), bad optimization... It's all fixed now. Or at least I hope so.

What I added and fixed:

• Closed The Leak
  
• Added cubemaps (i play with mat_specular 0 anyway, so they might be bad)
  
• Improved Lightmaps, making static lighting better
  
• Fixed misaligned textures
  
• Fixed random brushes placed in other brushes for some reason
  
• Added a picture of a map in main menu
  
• Fixed wrong textures being placed on some brushes
  
• Deleted some small static props. They shouldn't be there anyway
  
• Added cables
  
• Now FULLY AI Noded (and AI Noded in general, original addon didn't include any of nodes)
  
• Optimisation improvements
  
• Fixed bad lighting on displacements (where grass grows)
  
• Re-Added 3D Skybox
  
• Made light_envinronment a bit brighter
  
• Made fog less dense
  
• Fixed some decals not being shown
  
• Fixed issues with world geometry
  
• And probably something I forgot

Report problems and bugs if you find a one. It's still possible I missed something.
