It always bothered me that no matter how 'strong' you make factions in Kenshi they never actually feel any more difficult to fight, this mod changes that.

As you defeat major factions, their rival factions getting higher grade equipment, becoming better at fighting, and having their cities harder to take(and their leaders hard to take out).

Smaller factions and bandits take advantage of the weakness, or are sponsored by the losing faction in a desperate attempt to fight back. Meanwhile, leaders from the winning faction may become overconfident and launch additional invasions that can stop if the leader responible for the invasion is killed, or the fortunes of war turn against them.

Currently affects the following factions:
- The United Cities
- The Holy Nation
- The Rebel Farmers
- United Heroes League
- Slave Traders
- Manhunters
- The Cannibals(Outside the Cannibal Plains)
- The Southern Hive
- Reavers
- Crab Raiders
- Skeleton Bandits
- Dust Bandits
- Starving Bandits (Outside Holy Nation)

In future I plan to have it affect most of the major and minor factions in the game, but in the short term I will work on:
- The Shek Kindom
- Sand Ninjas
- Blood Raiders
- Starving Bandits (Inside Holy Nation)
- Red Sabres
- Swamp Ninjas
- Stone Rats
- Hounds
- Other Swamp Factions I can't remember the names of
